Data Source String?

Great webpart ! I works great, but.... I do have a question about the webpart...

I want to show all the documents that have been modified the last 7 days and have been assigned to a certain country (metadata / site colom). This works great when I add the following code to the Query Override field and check Show Errors?

<Where>
<And>
<Geq>
<FieldRef Name="Modified" />
<Value Type="DateTime"><Today OffsetDays="-7"/></Value>
</Geq>
<Contains>
<FieldRef Name="Countries" />
<Value Type="MultiChoice">Bangladesh</Value>
</Contains>
</And>
</Where>

I want to make the chosen country (in the example 'Bangladesh') variable. So that the content owner can change this easier without changing the Query Override field. Is this possible? Maybe this can be done with the Data Source String? I can't find any documentation about the configuration of the webpart...

Hope to hear from you...

Willem,
It sounds like you will need to further customize the webpart so it can get the variable and set it in the query string. I dont think this belongs in a public version of the web part, unless you think of a way to make this generic. Let me know how you progress!
