* A wsp solution file that simplifies the deployment

* Seperate XSLT files deployed for easy default behavior (no more xslt editing required!)

To install:
#Download the WSP Solution Files.
#Install the solution on the sharepoint server:
##Either download the setup script example to the same folder as the wsp file and run the batch file
##Or run the following commands (in sequence):
stsadm.exe -o addsolution -filename "CKS.EnhancedContentQueryWebPart.wsp"
stsadm.exe -o deploysolution -name "CKS.EnhancedContentQueryWebPart.wsp" -allcontenturls -immediate -allowgacdeployment -force
stsadm.exe -o execadmsvcjobs

After installing the solution as explained above, go to the site where you want the web part, into site-settings and into "Site Collection Features" and activate the feature.

After activating the feature, the web part should be available in this this collection to add to pages.

*NOTE*
The feature has dependancies on the publishing feature.

Found and fixed lots of bugs.

Now the "edit in ??? application" works - getting the details for the application from the DOCICON.xml file.

The url to the files is now encoded so the "send link" works properly.

As always - make sure you update your XSLT file!

Run the script file in the same directory as the solution file.

In this releases - added a property to the web part that allows you to add custom fields without having to export and import the web part. *update:* I fixed a bug where files not in the root site would not show properties because the rootfolder parameter was parsed wrongly.

This release fixes some major bugs - now the web part knows how to deal with folders (show context menus for them), fixed a bug where the ID's of items were not correct, and added icon support. Please use the new XSL from the document, and not the old one from Beta 1. This XSL is much better, and without using it, some bugs will remain.
